Legend of FAP Application Stages

- Initial stage to welcome the applicant and provide an overview of the application process.

- Collects the applicant’s basic contact details, such as name, phone number, and email.

- Verifies the identity of the applicant with additional information like ID number or social security number.

- Gathers details regarding the applicant’s marital status, including spouse’s information if applicable.
